Joe DiChiara brings over 22 years of elite coaching experience, working with golfers at every level—from complete beginners to multiple major champions on the PGA and LPGA Tours. His ability to simplify the complex and deliver measurable improvement has made him one of the most respected instructors in the game today. Recognized by Golf Digest as a Top Ranked Coach for four consecutive years, Joe is also a member of the exclusive TaylorMade National Fitting Council—an invitation-only group representing the top 50 club fitters in the United States.
At the core of Joe’s coaching is a simple but powerful belief: there is no single perfect golf swing—only the best swing for the individual. This philosophy led to the creation of his proprietary ACT System (Assess. Coach. Train.), a structured, data-driven approach designed to eliminate guesswork and accelerate player development.
As Joe explains:“When you properly assess a player, coach based on what actually matters, and train with purpose—you don’t just improve… you build a game that lasts.” Joe’s global impact extends beyond individual instruction. As co-founder of the International Preparatory Golf Academy in Asia, he helped more than 50 junior golfers earn college scholarships in the United States. He has also served as an education director and consultant for leading golf technology companies including K-Motion, 4D Motion, and Sportsbox AI—training thousands of coaches worldwide on how to leverage 3D motion data to unlock performance. Today, Joe leads instruction at both the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and Bear Creek Golf Complex, where he continues to redefine how golfers learn, improve, and measure their game.
“Joe’s ACT System completely changed how I approach my game. Within just a few sessions, he identified exactly what was holding back my ball striking and gave me a clear, structured plan to fix it. No guesswork — just real, measurable improvement. After 15 years of inconsistent golf, I finally feel like I have a game that will last. Hands down the best instructor I’ve ever worked with.”

“As a junior golfer, finding the right coach made all the difference. Joe didn’t try to force me into a ‘textbook swing’ — he studied my movement, assessed my strengths, and built a game around me. His use of 3D motion data and video analysis gave me feedback I could actually see and understand. Thanks to his guidance, I earned a college scholarship and I owe a huge part of that to Joe’s dedication and expertise.”
